And Now a Word from My Dog
It’s Thanksgiving Weekend here in the states, which is the only four-day weekend this work-obsessed nation permits itself annually. Not much is going on, which is a perfect time for my pooch to step in with a couple of festive messages.
Message #1: Eat Pie
Message #2: Gobble, Gobble
We don’t dress him up like this all the time because he’s liable to soil or destroy anything nice attached to him. But when it’s time to party and model, he’s on! If you have a dog, you might want to check out the wares offered in the etsy shop of Uptown Girl Dogwear. Great maker and great products. Bear in mind that our kitchen lighting isn’t the greatest, but I think you’ll love the seemingly inexhaustible selection of holiday bowties in that shop.
While you’re at it, if you want to learn more about the pooch, you can travel back in time to the article I wrote some months ago, entitled:
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the My-Time
Our guy is 16 months old, and still very puppy-like in his behavior, which is fun—and exhausting. I’m told that when this breed hits two years old, they calm down and become more stoic. I’m not in a hurry to see that, because he’s just so much fun.
Gotta go. The leftovers aren’t going to eat themselves.
