Movie and TV tie-in books written with my wife and sometimes co-author, Denise Kiernan.
One day an editor called to ask if we would be willing to put everything we knew about the great man himself into one slim volume in time for the fourth movie. There's only one way to answer that question. The result is a beautifully designed hardcover volume that continues to delight armchair archaeologists of all ages.
Published in 2008, this title is long out of print, so if you find a new or used copy online, grab it! No ebook was ever released, making the title doubly scarce. In addition to Amazon, I recommend some excellent sites that sell used, new, and hard-to-find titles.

Welcome to Jack Bauer’s CTU.
We wrote this book during the heyday of the hot Fox TV show. It purports to be a confidential guide written for new agents with the U.S. government’s (fictional) elite Counter Terrorist Unit. It was a fully licensed book, containing official photos and some diagrams provided to the publishers by Fox.
The complete package consisted of a 208-page large format, full-color paperback book tucked snugly inside a handsome slipcase cover. The cover snicked shut with a magnet. It was a slick, arguably overproduced book that weighed nearly two-and-a-half pounds!
Like the Indiana Jones book above, the publishers did only one print run, with no ebook component. You can typically find nice, clean copies on eBay or other sites selling used and rare titles. I suggest a few links below. My only wish was that we had been invited to update the book with the subsequent season, but no such luck.
